Fashive is a Desgin-First Company and as design lead, I set deadlines and targets both weekly and month to ensure we were on track. The deadlines and targets were set at the weekly stakeholders meeting.

Fashive operates in more than 6 countries, for the India Market there was a crucial need for India-Centric pricing for the courses on our platform.
